VEX Store
The VEX Store at VEX Worlds 2023 will maintain a limited amount of items and inventory on hand. We encourage attendees to pre-order parts from vexrobotics.com to be picked up at the VEX store during the event. Details on pre-orders below.

Pre-Orders before VEX Worlds
Teams will be able to select "Pick up at VEX Worlds'' as a shipping option for in-stock items during checkout on vexrobotics.com. Teams that order and select this option will be able to pick up their orders in Dallas on the first day of their event. If "Pick up at VEX Worlds'' is not an option when placing an order, then the item requested is too large and will not be available for pick up at VEX Worlds.
Deadlines for pre-ordering are as follows:
- Pre-order: By 12 p.m. Central April 20.
- Pick up: On or after Tuesday, April 25.
Orders for 2023-2024 new game kits:
Pre-orders for pick up at Worlds will not be available for the new game online however each game will be made available after the corresponding game unveil using the following criteria.
We will have a Pop Up Store located at D221 after each game unveil. We will have the new items at the main store the following day.
- VRC - We will only have sample VRC game element kits available for teams to order and pick up at VEX Worlds. The Full VRC Field & Game Element Kit will not be available for pick up at VEX Worlds.
- VIQC - We will have the full VIQC Field & Game Element Kit as well as the sample game elements kit available.
Note: All orders picked up at VEX Worlds 2023 are subject to Texas Sales Tax. Texas schools/organizations with a current tax exemption on file are exempt. All out-of-state schools/organizations will be charged sales tax. For questions about ordering, please contact the VEX Sales team at sales@vex.com.
On Hand Items
We will have the main replacement parts and accessories available for both VRC and VIQC at the VEX Store, to help support all competition teams. A full list of parts will be posted on this page as soon as available.
