It's quick and easy to pre-purchase your vouchers today. 

Follow these steps for each registered team:

1. Go to the event page and select Event Products.
2. Enter total vouchers needed for either the VRC or VIQC event. (not exchangeable/transferable)
3. When you have added all of the vouchers for your teams, click the 'Add to Cart' button to place your order.
4. After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been completed.

What is it?

It is a Pre-Paid, Select Choice Meal Voucher

When and where can I use it?

• VRC/VEXU/JROTC: During the VCR event, 4/25/23-4/29/23, at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center’s Sodexo/Centerplate locations.
• VIQC: During the VIQC event, 4/30/23-5/04/2023, at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center’s headquarters Sodexo/Centerplate locations. 

How much is it?

The cost per voucher is $22.00: 

• includes one (1) meal (value of $20 incl sales tax) + $2 administration fee

What does it include?

Each voucher will be redeemable for ONE (1) of the below choices at participating Sodexo/Centerplate locations only:

• Option #1 – BBQ Sandwich with Chips/Soda OR Bottled Water
• Option #2 – Cheese Burger with Chips/Soda OR Bottled Water
• Option #3 – Wedge Sandwich with Deli Meat/Chips OR Cookie/Soda OR Bottled Water
• Option #4 – Garden Salad/Small Fruit Cup/Soda OR Bottled Water (Vegetarian/GF)

Once purchased online, how do I receive them?

Once purchased on Robot Events, the purchaser (or an additional person named on the purchase) will pick up at Pit Administration in Hall C. The person picking up the vouchers will be required to show identification and sign for the vouchers, please make sure to bring ID!

As a parent or coach, can I take multiple vouchers to the concession location and pick up food for others?

Yes, but to be considerate of other teams and guests, please limit the vouchers to five (5) or less per visit. This will allow the Sodexo/Centerplate locations to keep up with demand and better serve everyone!

Important information:

• Vouchers not valid for Croissant Sandwiches or Speciality Salads
• Vouchers not accepted at Go Natural, Kay's Place, Maui Wowi, Doc Pop, Tx Acai or any independent vendors
• VRC Vouchers are valid only for VRC dates listed: 4/25/2023-4/29/2023
• VIQC vouchers are valid only for VIQC dates listed: 4/30/2023-5/04/2023
• Vouchers are only redeemable at KBHCC Sodexo/Centerplate locations

Even more important information:

• NO Cash Value / NO Substitutions / NO credit returned if full value is not used
